 The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a middle-aged man identified as Adamu Abdullahi, a scrap iron dealer, for allegedly staging his own kidnapping in an attempt to extort N1.5 million from his employer. According to the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Olohundare Jimoh, the case was reported on May 19 after one Abubakar informed the police that his brother, Adamu Abdullahi, had gone missing and could not be reached.
